As an Mental and emotional wellbeing coach, I offer personalised and goal-oriented support to individuals seeking to improve their emotional and psychological well-being.

I share techniques and resources to build awareness and skills which may include ACT, Mindfulness, Psychological Flexibility , breathing techniques and the latest research into health and wellness.
I run sessions in various formats, including in-person and online, individual or small group offering flexibility and accessibility. Ultimately, I create a supportive and empowering space for clients to achieve positive and lasting changes in their mental and emotional health and overall quality of life.
My coaching services are suitable for a diverse range of individuals, including those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, as well as those aiming to optimise their emotional and mental well-being.

Again the first step would be to get in touch and arrange a complimentary meet and greet to ensure we are a match and then agree on the number of sessions. Note: Mental Wellness coaching is not a substitute for clinical therapy when a formal mental health diagnosis and treatment are needed.
